Get an intense week of workouts in with our 45-minute classes— including weight training, cardio, and kick/boxing. We’ll tackle different muscle groups each day along with challenging your cardiovascular health. Who says working out has to be boring?
Best part is, all of our weighted classes are kept small (around 8-12 per class) to ensure safety and quality at all times.
We now also offer evening classes on ZOOM! 6 or 7pm.
